Sno-Joe is probably DOA

I've had my Sno-Joe for about 4 years. In St. Louis we rarely get heavy snows and it has performed admirably until this year. 10" snow covered bricks lining a sidewalk; hit one of those bricks and apparently did some damage to the auger. Took off the side covers and observed no damage to the drive belt or system. As it vibrates terribly when running, suspect the auger is out of alignment. Doesn't look like that part is available from you folks, and can't find anyone in STL who'll attempt a repair. Hope the machine is recyclable or it will be a present for the local junk collector.

Having problems with this machine since I bought it a few years ago, the pulley very poorly engineered. It’s garbage don’t buy waste of money.
