I found it very important to keep the chain tight! The chain came off 3 times and damaged the inner guide teeth some; but I was able to repair it with a file and keep using the chain. After the first 2-3 hours of using it, the chain seems to stay snug enough with no further problems.
It has plenty of power and the angle is a helpful feature over the previous pole saw I had.

I use this to prune the large number of trees I have in my yard and it works great. Very easy to use and I love the extension pole on it

This product is easy to use it cuts through wood like butter I bought this product to remove a 12 inch limb off one of my tree that was fixing to break off over my driveway it will cut larger limbs you just have to work at it with the 8 inch blade

So my son and I use the sunjoe and trim back all the limbs , I would highly recommend it to anybody who needs to trim a bunch of limbs and don't want to climb up on a ladder
