We haven't had much snow but a little fell on Christmas day so we had a chance to try it out. It was so nice! Easy to push around. We have a short parking pad outside the garage so nice to have the shovel blow the snow out into the alley, all evenly. Looks like it's going to work well in the deeper snow. Not wishing for snow, only just to try the shovel out some more!!

10 inches of snow was too much for this shovel. I will try it again when there is less snow, it may work great for that.
I really wanted the Snow Joe iON13SS 40-volt Cordless Snow Shovel but I guess they don't make that model anymore. too bad

I like this machine but I can't easily maneuver it up the hill. It seems to weigh more than 12 pounds and my shoulders were killing me after a few minutes of clearing a small part of the path. I'll find someone to give it to that has flat spaces.

Little hard to push. Not good for heavy snow. Pushes snow ahead of shovel adding more height to snow being shoveled. Battery operated is good feature having not to deal with electrical cords.

So far the product has worked well except in wet snow. Biggest problem is that I had to adjust cable by taking unit apart. I believe this unit should be built so customer does not need to disassemble unit prior to use.

Wow - easily removed 1" frozen rain and snow

Wow, very pleased. Purchased on Black Friday, 2023. Arrived 5 days later. Rained the night I assembled it and then snowed on top of that. The 11", Snow Joe 24V-SS11 24-Volt* IONMAX Cordless Snow Shovel, 5AH battery just scooped up the 1 inch of frozen slush and launched it 20' off my deck. I have a 26" 2 stage snow blower but it's difficult to maneuver and using it in light snow is a lot of work and impossible to use on my deck and front porch. This SnowJoe is very easy. Very pleased.
