I am absolutely amazed that this small tool works so well. It does the job beyond my expectations AND it's so easy to work with. I'm still trying to find the right angles use with my Snow Joe. Not to worry I'll figure it out. Thanks for creating this product.

Too small and not worth it

I've had this snow thrower for over a year and have used it several times in different conditions. It is best for use on snow that is 5 inches or less. It will not handle well anything more than that. Also, the 11-inch size is too small, you'll have to make many passes and spend a lot of time to get the job done. The worst part is that it does not have the ability to direct the location of the snow, thus you can only throw it forward. This is usually not the optimum thing to do, so I end up not using the thing and reverting to a shovel. On the plus side - it does send the snow pretty far if the snow if powdery and not icy or heavy. In summary, I do not recommend this snow thrower.

I have used the SnowJoe 3 times and am very happy with it's performance. It does really throw the snow a distance. I have a gravel drive and it has not had an issue with occasional stones. I am happy with the length of the charge on the battery.
This product was perfect for me to use. I got in in time to use in the last 2 snowstorms. As a senior, a full-sized snowblower was just too heavy for me but the SnowJoe battery operated shovel worked really well. It wasn't too heavy, I bought an extra battery which rechared quickly after the initial charging. I did my own driveway, front sidewalk and even my next door neigbours sidewalk on 1 battery charge. I was very pleased how well it worked {I even easily put it together myself} and wished I had bought it earlier in the season.

Nice to remove the snow when I want so I can get out when I want! Easy to use!
We live in Maine, sooo... we are getting 10-18 inches today. I use this on my deck stairs. Makes my snow removal so much easier than the Shovel! I use the snow joe snow thrower for large areas.

This product does not work as well as the video shows, especially on brick pathway and driveway. The bottom kept getting stuck and it didn't throw the snow as far as seen on the video. It also left a layer of snow on the ground that I had to go back over with a shovel. it is also difficult to move, would be better if there were small wheels on the back.

Great Cordless Snow Shovel

I’m a female homeowner, close to 60 with back problems, and this cordless snow shovel works great for me! I can do almost the entire 2-car driveway on one battery charge, so I may invest in a second battery so I can get it all done with one outing. Because of how it throws the snow, it’s not great on stairs, but that’s not a problem. Having a tool that gives me the ability to take care of my own property is well worth it. Light, fluffy snow is key; heavy, slushy snow gets jammed up in the auger and the unit stops.
