I purchased this cordless snow shovel to clear snow from our back yard patio and from the areas on our driveway that our larger snowblower could not do effectively. This has been the best investment ever! It is easy to use and lightweight enough if you have to remove snow deeper than the 6 inch maximum recommended, which I have had to do this winter. The battery pack is easy to remove and charges pretty quickly. The only negative I can say about this product is the fact you have no control over what direction the snow is thrown. It only throws straight ahead and this can be a problem on a windy day if you have to walk into the wind. I gave it 5 stars despite this one flaw because it still is an awesome product.

This cordless shovel works as advertised, and made its way through a wet 6-inch snow with relative ease. However, assembling it was an unforeseen challenge requiring the finessing of the cord inside the handle tubing in order to get the handle put together. Suggestion: give this unit a single tube instead of two. Otherwise, a good purchase!

Easy to use, light weight, great with powdery snow, jams up with slushy stuff. Saved my back from having to bend & lift. Not so great with deep snow. Go out often to keep up or pull out the full sized snow blower!

The product works great with powdery snow on the deck of my cottage. I do not expect to buy a brand new product and have to take out 5 screws to open it up to push the cord into the casing because the cord is too long. Luckily i googled it and found numerous posts on the same problem. I am handy but I cant imagine my wife or an elderly patient being able to fix this. Hence the 4 star rating.

The Snow Joe is a great little snow shovel. I had a chance to use it twice now and it performed exactly as advertised. This little guy threw the snow a good 15 to 20 feet. My driveway is approximately 22×50. It did my driveway, steps, and front porch with power to spare. Great machine!! I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in buying one.

Throws snow effectively and the battery charges quickly after use. I would have given it five stars if the handle had assembled easier (tricky getting the black cord to stay inside) and been a little longer in length. For a tall person a higher handle would help.

I purchased this and have used it twice now. I am 61 and have a bad back. This has been a lifesaver. I had to shovel 12inches of snow yesterday and this just plowed right through it. It also worked awesome on what the plow left in the end of my driveway. I can't say enough good things about this product. It absolutely gets the job done!!!!! I have recommended this product to many people. I LOVE IT!!!! You will not be disappointed. The battery never gave out on me. I do have a small area I have to shovel so I have not used it for more than 30 minutes at a time but it's power really impressed me especially after this last round of very deep snow. The first time I used it the snow was wet and heavy and about 6 inches deep and it worked awesome!!! Being over 60 and having a bad back this has truly been a lifesaver for me.
