GREAT FEATURES

Catching up on tax filing . Great features, easy to use. Questions presented in a manner that you don't need an accounting degree to use. I would like to see when corrections or adjustments are made on a separate window. I like the IRS audit monitor status feature.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import

Gave up TurboTax three years ago... So glad I did. No more TurboTax tap dance!

Pretty good, fairly user friendly

This seems to be pretty good software that is pretty user friendly. There were a couple of places where it was not so user friendly. We had a little tax free bond income, and the software gave no help whatsoever as to whether it was taxable in our state (or where to go to find out if it was).
Cons: Hard to prepare
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to import

It gets you though the taxes. The help is not as good as last year. It just takes you to the IRS website instead of actually answers questions about the form you are working on.
I had a questions about state taxes that they were able to answer over the phone. It looked simple but turned out to be complicated. So phone support it good.

State forms for energy (ec) was not included. this caused me to miss a 1000 solar energy credit. form could not be attached to email. This should be an easy ix for you..

Flows good, does not hang up, and has good help tips. There are a few improvements that could be made, like the "Not For Filing" printout is offset left and hard to read in 3 ring binder.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Mixed my IRA distribution with another retirement account payment.
Totally ignored my K-1 download.
Didn't let me see the final 1040 and other forms.
Even the assessment is a bit much.
I'd appreciate a refund!
