The length and weight are spot on for a great pole saw. It does some pretty heavy duty work that I’ve tried and went through most of the bamboo I needed to cut back fairly easily. The one drawback is that the chain pops off extremely easily when hitting some really thick stuff.

I bought this pole saw along with several other great Greenworks lawn products. I can reach limbs way higher than I thought I was going to be able too. No ladder needed! My dad was super jealous! Might have to buy another for his Father’s Day!

This saw saws through branches with ease. I was surprised at how heavy it was, which is a minor drawback. But the battery does seem to last for a long time. Very happy with it.

Overall, happy but the chain keeps coming off. The tightening mechanism isn't like a traditional chainsaw. It's different from any other chainsaw (including a Greenworks saw I own). There is no separate tensioner. Having a handy place for the wrench right on the tool is a great feature.

Better than expected!

I used my new pole saw on some oak, hickory and other limbs. I was extremely pleased that the saw worked even better than I expected. The reach was good and the shoulder strap made it much easier to handle. The performance was great and I had no issues with cutting through the hardwoods.

I bought this to clean up branches to high for me to reach with a hand saw & ladder. Much safer. Easy to assemble. I like how I can break it down in length to fit in my vehicle. I use it to clean up branches on trails on my property. It's quiet, smooth, and with 60v battery has the power to get the big branches.
