i am very pleased with this pole saw so far using it for delimbing ponderosa pine trees with 4" limbs reaching 8-10 ft up the tree. im 5'7" and using the pole w/0 the extension piece works well and will probably work well for taller person. it does use oil so need to keep watch on that and battery is easy to put in and take out with the clip. thank-you...instructions were good for assembly and just had to tighten the chain a few times at the beginning. the 10" saw blade is better than the 8" for what i need done.

It is ok for the small jobs around the house. I have some pretty thick hedges around the property and it did good. The chain jumped off a couple of times but i tightened it just right after the second time it came off and it completed the task. Overall it is handy around the house.

This tool is absolutely amazing for trimming off "Head Bangers" in my yard. the great thing about it is that I do not need to go get gas, check the oil (except for the bar oil) or jerk my arm out of socket trying to crank it.
