Provides some relief

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I walk pretty "hard" and fast on my treadmill and my feet get very sore. The compression and kneading functions have an intensity of about 3.5 out of 5 for me (perhaps it is because my feet are sore). The device does target key reflex points. I did not find the heating function to have any significant warming effect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This foot massager is “okay”. I’m not sure I’m very impressed by it. It says it has heat but I never noticed a difference after roughly 10 min. It almost feels like little beads just barely tapping your feet until the compression mode starts. Then it is decent. If you flip the massager over it has an ottoman top that vibrates. I feel it could have been somewhat better maybe with more settings. It works as described but not sure this is my favorite foot massager that I have tried yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Helpful but expected more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am on my feet a lot and also constantly running around after kids. I walk for exercise as often as I can. I also suffer from fibromyalgia so I usually hurt everywhere all the time. So I figured I would give this a shot. It took me a while to be able to get it to work. The instructions were super simple and easy to understand. And all you should have to do is plug in the charger to the ottoman and then into the outlet. Followed by pressing the power button. However, i dont know if it is just the one i received or all of them but i kept pressing the power button and a little red light would appear but as soon as I let the button go, the light would disappear. I finally figured out the issue was that the bottom button (the one that controls the compression) is stuck pressed in so it didnt fully get the memo to turn on since that button wasnt completely out where it should be. After multiple attempts, I was able to get it unstuck just enough to power the ottoman on. But it does keep happening. I have sensitive feet and also HATE the feeling of being tickled, with a passion! So I was a bit worried about whether or not this would have that "tickling" Sensation or even hurt. But, to my surprise once I actually got this ottoman working, it didn't tickle or hurt. It actually relieved that aching pressure from a long day, relatively quickly. The compression is amazing for me. I just wish it could compress just a little tighter. And the opposite side that vibrates and heats is okay but I dont get too much out of it. The vibration level isnt very high and not able to control it. I truly wish that the side that has the rollers and compression also had vibration with different intensity levels that you could control. This would be so much better for me that way.

Professional foot massager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sharper Image Massager Acupressure Foot Ottoman Multipoint is an excellent foot Massager. It hits all the acupoints that make your feet hurt. It has acupressure multi-points that massage your feet with pressure inflating air cuffs for compression. It has the rolling shiatsu to target the arch. It also has heat which I found wasn't hot enough. It has different speed controls which are useful to use when your first start out using it. I have very sensitive feet due to having surgeries. So this massager was just not for me. It is rather heavy to haul around, but it is portable. It would be perfect for anyone on their feet for long period. During your break take it out and use it to help you get through the rest of the day. My mother was in heaven! She uses it under her desk to release some stress. But for anyone with sensitive feet, it may be a bit much. I do highly recommend this, especially to anyone standing on their feet for hours.

Good massage, low heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this today and had to try right away. I love the massage. By moving my feet, I can get different parts worked on. Both my husband and myself can use this. Fits all sizes from a 6 to a 10. Disappointed that the heat is so hard to feel but not a reason to return.

Could be better with some tweaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a couple different foot massagers recently and while this one has a lot more features, some fall short. When the heating function is on it's barely noticeable. I wish it got a bit warmer to really soothe the feet. The little beads on the inside that massage the bottoms of the feet are almost too much. And it's making a weird clicking noise after a couple uses. It's cool that you can flip it over and it's a heated, vibrating ottoman but again, can't really feel the heat. Not sure it's worth the price they are asking but still a nice massager.

Perfect gift for anyone

Doing the bills, watching her favorite show, etc its that easy to just take 10 minutes for herself. So now I am at ease knowing I did my part as her middle child.
