Great Unit

The 745 is a great all around Unit for those that don't care about the golf feature or Topo maps in the 945. It is a bit large for my wrist size which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It has the same triathlon features the 945 does and altitude based activities which I really like as I do mountain biking from time to time.

A great fitness watch for the money

I got this to have improved fitness tracking and training features compared to my Samsung smartwatch. Overall, I've been really happy. The running training features are great, with pace guidance, training plans, daily suggested workouts, etc. I went with the 745 over the 245 largely because it added a barometer for elevation tracking, which I've definitely appreciated. The Spotify function works well once you get it going, but it can be pretty finicky to get started. The sleep tracking is nice, although I've noticed that it isn't super accurate (it usually thinks my nighttime awakenings are REM sleep, which isn't great).
As a smartwatch, this works well for notifying me about calls, showing texts etc. If you're looking for the best possible smartwatch experience, look elsewhere, but this is more than adequate for the basics. The GPS accuracy is also quite a bit better than my previous smartwatch, which really improves run tracking.
My only real issue is the backlight. I have it set to turn on when I look at the watch, which works pretty well, but I do still find myself sometimes having to push the backlight button when it doesn't detect that I'm trying to look at it.
Overall, I have no regrets. It isn't perfect, but it is ideal for what I wanted, which is a running coach and fitness tracker.

Love this watch! Perfect for running, cycling and as an everyday watch. Holds a long charge even when using GPS or the extra features (pulse ox). Since it is not a touch screen, it is easier to navigate for me in motion and leads to less accidental bumps.

I previously had a Fenix 5S and could not wait for the 7 to come out as I wanted a lighter/updated watch. The watch face on the 745 alone with the "load" feature is enough for me to recommend this product to anyone. Tons of profiles for different sports not just triathlon ones. Super light and easy to clean. If you just want a running watch opt for the 245 Music, but if you want all the sport profiles and music the 745 is the one. You won't regret it, I didn't!

Amazing watch

I love this watch. It does absolutely everything I need it to. I run Ultras and the battery life is great (have not run over 45 miles with it however). But after a 50k it still had like 65% battery life. It has tons of fun data but doesn't feel like data overload. The music portion is great for city runs that I dont want to take a phone on. Easy to use. Really love it. Worth the price and then some.

The 745 is a great watch, does exactly what it is supposed to. Very reliable and accurate. Fits to most wrist sizes and looks pretty good too!

MUST HAVE - Super functional & lots of features

I recently purchased the 745 after wearing the Vivomove 3 for a year and a half. I was looking for a watch with updated metrics and activity tracking since I live a very active lifestyle. I was trying to decide between the 245 & 745 and ultimately choose the 745 for its increased capabilities. I absolutely love this watch and haven't taken it off since purchasing. I have used it for running, biking, hiking, swimming, and walking. It is very accurate and tracks anything an intermediate/ advanced person who is training could want. I definitely recommend it!
