First Rate System

I have the base station and 2 extender stations. The signal in this meshed network is stronger all through the house, and there are no more dead spots. We can easily still get the WiFi signal outside on the patio.

Did not expect it to be so straight forward to install. Additionally, it delivered WiFi into all the blind spots. Just great!

Need another satellite!

I bought the router and two satellites. The setup was easy, performance has been solid, and they're doing a great job of covering the main floor of my 115 year old house. Unfortunately, the signal is not great upstairs, so I need another satellite. Hoping the add-on satellite is available soon.
The only other thing I'd like to see is a little more in the way of advanced configuration options in the mobile app, but for a plug and play solution, this is a pretty solid option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

You already pay upwards of 200 for the mesh wifi6 system. Then another 130 for a single satellite. It better be worth the price at the end of the day and on top of all of this, pay extra for extending armor past the trial period and if you want extra warranty/ phone support. Will further update later on.

Terrible Speeds/Connectivity

Even after firmware updates this system is entirely too unstable to be usable in a production environment. Unable to disable 2.4ghz band. Devices always default and favor satellites physically farther regardless of signal quality. Losing upto 80% available download bandwidth by utilizing these as the wifi solution. Using spectrums supplied wifi router, obtaining speeds next to wired speeds. Either I got faulty unit(s), firmware, or just have the most edge case building layout ever. Completely unhappy with the purchase but companies never do anything to make it right so I've just wasted money on a product that doesnt meet the expectations or marketing on the box.
Maybe these would work better if they allowed more advanced configuration like direct iptables access or the ability to force the radio in any manner we see fit

System constantly drops, speeds lowered to <20% of my plan speed. Can’t set mesh connections manually so instead of linking to the modem they daisy chain off each other which also lowers speed.

The satellite was almost impossible to sync. The tech support kept trying the same thing…….unplug it count to 10 and plug it in again. The fact it did finally sync was totally random.
The app does not allow the satellites to be renamed and the guest Wi-Fi channel can’t be amended. This product should have been perfected before being brought to market.
