[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a kitchen remodel & went with all Jenn air. I’m really disappointed in the DW. It’s a really beautiful design but it’s as noisy as my inexpensive vacation condo DW. It replaced an 11 year old kitchen aid that I never heard running. It was totally silent! Since whirlpool owns kitchen aid you would think their high end Jenn air would be even quieter. It’s in a great room area so it’s really annoying to hear it running! Wish I still had my kitchen aid!!
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Too wide spacing on lower rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not loving it. For a high-end dishwasher, I expected more. The door makes a terrible popping noise and is difficult to open all the way. The plastic racks are flimsy and fall back into the dishwasher if I don't get the door pushed all the way open. Even though I rinse off the dishes before putting them in, they don't always come clean. I can't tell if the rinse aid dispenser is full or empty. The door for the detergent is difficult to close and pops open if you don't have just the right touch. There are no clips on the top rack like my old KitchenAid dishwasher to hold lighter objects like Tupperware lids in place.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Hard To Use
