[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the JennAir on sale as this Rise model is being replaced by one manufactured in Germany. In the first few weeks, the quality of the shelves and wash performance are better than the Kenmore it replaced. This is a high end dishwasher and we hope it will perform at a high level for at least 10 years.

Nice machine really quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've just started using it about a week ago. I'm still getting used to it and all the features. It has three separate trays and the middle one you can lower to put taller glasses in it. I'm liking the upper tray because I can place some coffee cups in it, utensils and flat plates. The lower tray has an attachment for your bigger carving knives which is handy, and you can slide the tines in the front of the lower rack to fit thicker bowls.
I had to figure out what the little light on the front door’s colors meant by using it. I couldn't find anything about it in the instruction manual which I think is odd. The blue light seems to mean it's in the middle of a wash, the red seems to mean the heat is on for drying, and the white means it is finished, I think.
All in all, it dies a nice job washing my dishes and there's a bit of a learning curve, but that's true with all appliances. Also, its really, really quiet. I love that.
