Off to a bad start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this machine installed first load I open and the top sprayer arm is laying on top of dishes. Husband reattached. Next load same thing happens. And again and again.
Call Jen air and they send a tech out and replace the spray arm haven’t had a problem sincc. Fast and helpful customer service machine works great

Love our new Rise Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a very cheap dishwasher from a two-letter competitor. To be fair, we went from a Yugo to a Bentley! This Jenn Air is quiet, well laid out, and the 3rd rack is way more functional than originally thought! The theater lighting is really cool and actually quite helpful, again, more than originally thought! And did I mention quiet?! We very much recommend this dishwasher!
