I am so sorry to say I do not like this product. The noise it makes in ion mode reminds me of the dentist. Unfortunately, I did not keep the packaging to return as I felt certain based on my high regard for two other products that I would be crazy about it.

I am an esthetician. I love the size and ease of use. My only complaint is that it is loud. It is disturbing when my clients are wanting to relax. I do love how it cleans though.
