Defective product

Only used the product once and it worked fine. The second time I turned it on it would not turn off. I had to leave it running until the battery ran out, and now it won’t hold a charge at all.

Love it but be careful when using

I am obsessed with this tool, and it seems I am learning (trial and error) more each week as to what works best. I've given this 3 stars because I am disappointed with the user manual, it does not give enough information...I've looked on YouTube and watched a couple tutorials...but I would really appreciate a product insert that tells you how to use it more clearly so you can refer to it easily each week when you use it. This is a serious tool and we should have a quick reference guide to tell us things like how many times do you pass over the same area and how do tiy use the plain plastic tips... Last week I made the mistake of using one of the plain tips on my nose (I think it's for pore extraction) and I didn't 'swipe' it across the area sufficiently because I looked like Rudolph with about 4 hickeys on my nose for 3 days.
I do believe this will get better with practice though and I really feel that my face is smoother and softer as a result.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The machine itself does the job it's required to do. That being said, the atomizer for the toner only worked twice and hasn't worked again since. And even with a full charge, it isn't long enough to cover 1 face, so I do plug it in towards the end, as it starts to die down.
