I received and used the product. I love it. I love the craftmanship as well as the machine being wet/dry microderm machine. I feel this machine is a great machine to rejuvenate and hydrate your skin. Great asset to have in your skincare regime

I started seeing reviews for this product on Instagram and looked into it. I have the Sonic Blend Pro and I love it so I knew this wouldn’t disappoint either. I’m 27 and I have bad wrinkles and discoloration and I look more like I’m almost 40. We don’t have a good spa that I would trust enough where I live to do microdermabrasion so I was excited to try this at home. I LOVE it! I’ve used it twice so far, two weeks apart and the results are immediate. Yes, your face will be blood red when you are finished but if you do it at night before bed and put on your favorite products, the next day your face will be baby smooth and better skin tone!

I received a broken sonic refresher. I put it on the charger for 24hrs out of the box like the manual said and it would light up like it’s charging but as soon as i would take it off the dock it’d be dead. Bummer cause I wanted to use it right away. Assuming this is just a defective device I’m returning it and will update my review later when I receive a new working device. The customer service rep has been really nice and prompt so far but I can’t get a new device shipped to me until the one I received is deemed ineffective.

Doing wonders for my skin!

I have always been terrible at staying in a skincare routine. I have super dry skin and generally just use moisturizer on occasion. Since adding microdermabrasion into my routine my products have absorbed much better and my skin is looking healthier then ever! It feels like a spa day at home!

I've used the Sonic Refresher for about a week now. I love it! I use the heads for micro dermabrasion and it does the job in removing dull dry skin. I highly recommend this product, it's worth every penny.

Great Product and customer Service

The first one that I received was defective. I emailed customer service and Melissa took such great care of me! She sent me a free mailing label to send the defective one back so I could replace with a good one. When I received the second one it too was defective! I was very upset because I really wanted to use this amazing product! So I reached out to Melissa again and she again gave me another FREE shipping label to send this one back as well! After about a month of back and forth sending and receiving I finally got one that works and I LOVE IT!!! I have only used it once and I am still learning all about it!! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!!!!
