Amazing device, this product change my skincare routine for sure. It's work so good.
I see and love results after the first use. My skin looks AMAZING and feels so clean. I think we all need this product at home, the quality and the results are amazing.

Second Defective Machine.

My sonic refresher pro that I just received is defective. The mister does not work and the battery will not charge fully. After 5 to 6 hours my battery charge indicator is below 1/2 a charge. I want to replace this machine with a new one that works. I tried to contact your company by phone about this last week however, your customer service lines are closed. This is the second refresher machine that I have purchased. One from a company Michael Todd sells through, it was defective (mister did not work) and I thought I would have better luck purchasing directly from the Michael Todd company. At this point I am wondering if all of these machines are defective. I either need a non-defective machine sent to me and this one returned without my having to pay shipping charges. I am really concerned at this point regarding whether I should have purchased a microderm abrasion system from another company. So sad and disappointed to go through receiving a second defective machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once you get use to the feel of the tug and coarseness of the tips, it really feels like a massage…..plus seeing all the crap in the filter gives me such a sense of accomplishment.

Great product!! I've used this tool twice now and can see the improvements.on my skin. Deep clean. Strong enough to exfoliate and vacuum impurities from pores. Not too harsh on sensitive skin like mine.

Never Fully Charged!

I purchased this as a bundle with the Soniclear Petite. Being a previous Clarisonic customer and grateful that Michael Todd created Clarisonic Replacement Brushes, decided to try these products after my Clarisonic finally stopped working. Before using, I charged according to the instructions for 24 hours and it never got past one bar on the battery indicator. It had very poor suction, but could have been because it NEVER fully charged. I'm not sure if I was given a refurbished product at a new price, but would give this 0 stars if I could. I'm not sure how there are so many great ratings. Customer service was very responsive. You can see my similar review of the Soniclear Petite, which was also returned, because it couldn’t keep a charge after the 1st use. Such a disappointment.

Okay, I read the directions from front to back and then turned the device on. I love it! The only thing that I have to complain about is the mister is barely misting. I’m sending it back and would like another one because I love the product.

I purchased the sonic refresher after having several of the other products. The transformation is so noticeable that my friends and family have all commented on the changes. My skin has never looked better. The number of nozzles seems overwhelming but once you start ... it will become second nature. I truly am addicted to this product.

I've always been afraid to do microderm abraisons because I'm acne prone and I wasn't sure how it would impact my skin. This product was really easy to use and not scary at all. I really like how my skin feels directly after use and I'm looking forward to seeing how well it impacts my skin in the long run.
