Core is great, bundle didn't work for us

Five stars for Core, zero for the bundle, so averages to 2.5 stars. I originally got the Core with the bundle for my son. He tried it briefly but it wasn't quite the thing for him. I contacted Hyperice support to see if I could get the bundle app switched to my phone, but they refused to do that even if it wasn't being used at all where it was. So, we love some of your products, but this one was a waste for us.
