[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been able to meditate before. I have tried but find it difficult to just sit. All of the YouTube videos and podcasts I have tried telling me to visualize, and I can’t do that. I enjoy that this has a tangible object to hold that I can focus on instead. This device looks nice, it isn’t something I would necessarily want to hide away if company were coming over. I like the variety of options for classes. The classes are broken down by category so you can find things that relate to your current needs easily. You can also filter by many options to help find exactly what you need. While you are using the device, it vibrates to help with your breathing, and it monitors your pulse to give you scores at the end to tell you how focused you were so you can see that you are improving. You can also use the app without the device so if you aren’t home, you can still meditate. I am disappointed in the battery life of the device and the length of the charging cable. The charging cable is so short that it barely reaches my bedside table from the plug, but it has to basically stay plugged in when it isn’t being used because the battery doesn’t last very long. I do wish that you could have multiple profiles with one device.

This device is a game changer. While the vibrations are helping me with my breath work, the HRV feedback is where the magic is and it’s helping me change my overall health and well-being and it’s helping me be mindful of what I do or do not consume for optimal sessions and feedback. Love this device.

This device is AMAZING. I am a meditation and Yoga instructor. A friend recommended it and I was skeptical. I borrowed hers for a week and it has changed my life. I have 159 days straight. It is my go to gift for everyone. Thank you for this great product!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Core Meditation Trainer is a handheld meditation aid that uses vibrations to help you focus and guide your breathing as ECG sensors measure your mindfulness and its companion app tracks your progress. There's no calibration necessary with the Core; you open the app, you pick it up and you're good to go. While there is a dizzying array of meditations to choose from if you dig in, the app's algorithm selects one for you on its home screen so you can start right away. Core by Hyperice is by far the best meditation guide anyone can use. I tried them all and could never establish a daily practice, until Core came into my life. Meditation is no longer a chore, but something I actually look forward to. I’ve been meditating four months straight without any gaps. Definitely recommend!
