Helps support healthy habits and well done app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love most things about the core. The product itself is well designed and fits nicely in both my hands and my husband's hands. I love that it supports a healthy meditative practice. The app choices are very engaging. It switches easily between my husband using it and me using it on our respective phones/app accounts. The only downfall is I wish the app subscription could be shared with a partner in the home (and just switch between two profiles) instead of having to buy two subscriptions to use with the same device. (Maybe there's a way to do this that I just don't know.)

It includes several guided meditation options and breath training techniques. Once you hold the device in your hand and start the meditation session, the device vibrates in your hand and lights up to keep your attention focused and guides you through the breath technique. It is impressive that the device contains biosensors to measure the heart rate and nervous system. The app displays this as biometric feedback including a measure of calmness level and focus level achieved in the meditation session. The device makes it easier to follow consistent meditation training, thereby reducing stress and improving mood.
This product comes with the core handheld device, a charging base and a USB cable. It includes a premium subscription to the core app for 12 months. The downside is that since this is a subscription service, there will be annual charges for continuing to use the app after the initial 12 months that are free.

Sleek and Soothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried meditation in the past and was not very good at it, so I was a bit apprehensive with this device. However, I love it. There is something very calming about holding the Core device while you meditate. It gives me something to focus on and keep my mind from wandering during the session. The app was very easy to set up and sync.

It is cool looking and the charger is very convenient. She likes that the stand is plugged in and the core charges just by sitting on the charging dock.

What a high quality meditation tool + app

He's huge into daily meditation and has taught me how to use it effectively and it's helped significantly! Being newer having guided meditation is crucial for me but I have never gone to a studio to learn the proper techniques. This "ball" or whatever you want to call it helps regulate my heartbeat to ensure I'm relaxing in the proper state for optimal meditative effects. The app sync with the device is seamless and it's enjoyable to hold onto this thing. Feels high quality and effective to get into my zen. Highly recommend if you really want to take meditation to the next level.

A Technological Twist on Meditation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live with depression and some anxiety and have attempted mediation briefly previously, without much success as my mind would continually wander. Core connects with an app, which works best with the subscription. The unit itself measures your heartrate and works to determine your focus and calm states during session. It also vibrates, which really helps with breathing techniques and focusing in on the present. The app provides a whole library of guided sessions from beginner walkthroughs to advanced and sessions to help ready you for sleep. The voices are soothing and the guided sessions were just the piece I was missing to get the most out of mediation.

For years I have been wanting to have a regular meditation routine to help lower my stress levels and I have never had much luck at actually figuring out how to quiet my mind. Using the Core I am finally able to meditate! For the first time I am able to achieve a clear, quiet mind and I can feel the stress relief in my daily life and I am sleeping so much better. The device itself is beautiful and very pleasant to interact with. It was quick to set up, comfortable to hold, and easy to use. I would recommend to anyone.

It’s small so it doesn’t take up too much room and charges pretty fast. I can control everything from and app on my phone. The app gives you hundreds of videos to choose from to do your meditation right from your living room. Great for beginners and advanced.
