[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. Meditation has always been hard for me. The Core really guides you through it giving you the cues you need to be more successful at meditation. It has helped be consistent with my meditation which I have never been able to do before.

I am very satisfied with this product and I highly recommend it!!

Great self help tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was completely new to meditation and boy was I missing out. This is a wonderful way to start your journey to better mental and emotional health. Setup was a breeze and the voice guided instructions are spot on. The premium guided meditations really help me to clear my head and re-center myself when life throws too much at you. I also enjoyed the way core looks, I know it trivial but it really looks nice sitting on the shelf.

Meditation Trainer and Guide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Core by Hyperice to help me learn how to meditate and to keep me focused on it. Over the last few days, I've taken all of the basics courses and I have thoroughly enjoyed the narration and also the combination of the device vibrating with the steps in the guided meditation. The Core was easy to charge and connect. Once connected, the statistics are populated in the app so that you can track your progress. There are lots of different programs included in the app. I would recommend this to someone that is new to meditation and needs some help getting started. It also would be great for someone that is looking for a refresher or a device that helps them focus on their meditation in a busy world.

Neat Device for Staying Focused

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this device daily since it arrived. The tracks and courses are easy to follow and understand. The vibrations from the device are excellent during the meditations and breathwork for keeping me focused. While the vibrations do their job, they aren't very smooth and the battery life only lasts 2 days with regular use. Overall, I really am enjoying this product and my only suggestion would be to smooth out the vibration for a more seamless experience.

Nice. Helps with focus and relaxation

It’s amazing how just a couple times vibrations can grab your focus and center you into your own body. I’ve used it about 20 times so far and am getting better and better at relaxing stress and calming anxiety.
