Gamechanger! Wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like I have tried everything in order to be able to meditate but nothing would stick. I could not stick to the routine. Core makes it incredibly easy, and I finally feel like I am learning to meditate. Typically, my brain would wander and it would be hard to focus. Core helps with this. You will get constant vibrations as you use Core to let you know when to breathe and when to exhale. I am able to focus so much more and actually better my practice of meditating. Core helps to keep my mind from wandering. After just the first seven minute meditation, I felt better. I actually felt like I was able to be present because the Core would change the vibrations to help me breathe when needed. I found the focus and calm data to be super helpful. Core is able to track how focused and calm you are during each session. Having this information gave me a goal each time. This feature helps you to notice the patterns with your focus and calm and gain more insight into your practice. This is incredibly easy to set up and get started. It charges so quickly and the charge lasts for quite a while. Right out of the box, I was meditating in about five minutes. The app is very user friendly as well! I have this on my nightstand as a constant reminder to meditate at least once a day. Its decorative wooden look makes it look so stylish in your room. Major bonus! Highly recommended...especially if you have had trouble in the past with a meditation routine! It has changed my life for the better, as I am finally able to get better at meditating and see the benefits!

Complicated Device Pairing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if our unit was a test unit, as the packaging didn't seem to be open or anything. However when we unboxed it, it reacted as though it were previously paired to another device. After having to google how to unpair and pair it to a new device (with very limited success) we finally got this thing to function. It does its job wonderfully once all the hoops of the app and connecting it were out of the way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I'd like to say that I'm an anxious person and have never been able to meditate successfully due to being easily distracted. I'm at the end of 2 weeks since I started using Hyperice - Core and I'm actually meditating!!! I never thought this day would come. My favorite feature is the different vibration patterns because not only does it guide your breathing, but the vibration works as a focal point if your mind starts to drift. I'm loving it!!

Great Tool for Beginners

I'm primarily trying meditation to help reduce my stress levels and manage my anxiety. The biggest issues I've had in practicing meditation is actually getting my mind to slow down enough to do so. The Core 100% helps me stay focused on the process and actually make it through the meditation! I've also already seen a reduction in my high anxiety. 10/10 recommend!

I have anxiety pretty bad an take medications for it but this has helped me a lot! It’s so easy to set it up and pair it to the Core Trainer app which gives me a complete guided meditations, breath training, and soundscapes in the program. The device even has soft vibrations and lights! I very highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had any luck at meditation in the past, I always get distracted and haven't been able to focus. Core changed that! The expert-led guided assisted meditation feature makes this product a true GAME CHANGER. The featured app is extremely user friendly and simple in the best way possible. Includes original sound meditations from various music artists which is really cool. Also has neat features like breath training, soundscapes, and biometric feedback. The dynamic vibrations and lights are a huge bonus and truly awesome. The model I have comes with a charging dock and charging cable. Core has helped me so much and is an amazing product to help improve meditation consistency. 10/10. Would highly recommend!

Meditation on another level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have meditated for a long time now, and I feel Core has really taken my practice up a notch. I love the metrics it provides with the companion app as well. Another favorite is the breath work, as I’ve never dove too much into it before, but with Core the vibrations really help me stay present. This is highly recommended if you’re looking to up your spiritual practice at all.
