Easy to use, hard to connect to wifi app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is very simple to set up for use as a normal baby monitor. The range is great and we live in a shipping container (metal) home. The picture and sound quality is clear. I love that there is a 2 way communication feature with this camera. I'm able to talk to the kids over the hand held screen and they can talk back with me. What I did not like about it was how difficult it was to use with the app you can download on your phone and use a wifi connection with. I tried several times to connect it following the steps that the app walks you through but never was able to get that feature to work. I am unsure how that feature is but I do like everything else about this camera and monitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how clear the camera is on the screen. It immediately picks up motion and sounds and notifies you on your cell phone and on the screen. Working from home feels great knows I could see my baby from another room and will be notified right away of any movement and sound. Set up was very easy and quick.

It's super useful as I have a newborn and also live in a two-story house so her room tends to be upstairs where she takes her naps and it gives me the chance to monitor her well I will catch up on chores, as well as wash some dishes! I would definitely I would definitely recommend this to my friends and families that have infants and toddlers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the monitor for about a week, so this isn't a long term review but we've used most of the features now. The touch screen is responsive, we do like that. Menu is intuitive. It's not hard AT ALL to set up. There is a minimum 16-hour charge time before you use it the first time, so leave some extra time! The volume controls have hard buttons camera has good range on it. Comes with an app that is easy to use but sharing that app isn't. We don't like the quality of the camera and took a star off for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would strongly recommend this product. I would give the picture quality a rating of 4 out of 5. The picture was clear and sharp but at times a little to dark The sound quality I would rate a 5 out of 5. It was perfect. I could hear my little girl with no issues. I also like that I didn't hear any static or any other interruptions. You only heard the monitor if a sound is made in the room. Also the app feature was awesome too because my husband can see his princess while he is stuck at work and missing her. Thank you for a job well done. You have made us very happy.
