Finally found the right one!

Finally found the right one! Easy to handle(grip). Removes calluses easily after soaking. Don't scrub too hard. Doesn't take a lot of pressure. Scrub in all directions. Quality is great!

Worked GREAT, but ... (and it's a big but...)

I'm rating this product as a 1 because of my personal safety experience. I rate it as a 5 for everything else. Hopefully someone will read this. Love the handle, love the smooth(er) side, even liked the rougher side, as far as the surface goes. Some reviews said it was too rough or not enough. I used this once after a shower and I think it did an excellent job. I HATE the cheese-grater style tools but feel like most pumice stones offer only one surface: too smooth or too rough. With all that being said....Am I the only one to have managed to cut myself on the edge of the flat side?! I have a 1.5 inch-long gouge on the curve of the back of my heel where I cut myself on the edge of the rough side! The smoother side is rounded into the handle but the rough side has an abrupt edge that sticks out from the handle by about 1 mm? I don't know if I pushed too hard or didn't maintain the perfect plane of motion? This shouldn't happen!! You have a very terrific product. There is no reason both sides can't contour into the paddle. I always look for Tweezerman products over any other brand and will continue to do so. But even after cutting myself and trying to be careful, I still really scraped (didn't break the skin this time) my other heel. Sigh...sorry Mr. Tweezerman but this product failed me
