Pregnant - caffeine content?

I am pregnant and please need to know the caffeine content for nespresso vertuo sumatra pods? I know it varies but would like a range at least and wish we could access these ranges for all the pods. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Starbucks Vertuo Veranda by Nespresso is simply amazing. I love coffee of all different kinds and flay, but this is one of my new favorites. Normally, I will get up and slam down a bunch of regular old drip maker coffee, while I run around getting ready for work. I find myself getting up early, just to make myself a cup and sit down and enjoy it fully before my day starts.
