[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible sound. Not sure about the positive reviews because the sound on these headphones is atrocious. For regular listening, the sound is muted and muffled; there is no richness to the sound; during Chat/Zoom calls, there is a constant "crackle" from the other participants. It was so distracting that I thought everyone on the call must be hearing it -- unfortunately, it was just me. Will never recommend these headphones to anyone; actually, it will be the opposite.
