I was so excited for this product so much so I purchased it twice.The first one I charged as directed, but it still would only turn on one out of the ten times I tried to. I had the same issue with my second one.Both seem to be made of light plastic. It's extremely disappointing especially considering the price range.

Hello, Can you tell us when you plug it in to charge it, does the light on the front come on? When you say it turns off after 10 seconds that sounds like it may not be fully charged.

I only used mine once and it isn't working properly. It starts working for a second than shuts off. I was so excited about the pmd kiss system and was so disappointed.

I really wanted to love it - I was so hopeful! I have small lips and it seems to do a tiny bit of plumping and does bring a nicer color to them. But I was hoping for a noticeable difference. The serum tube that came with it was nearly empty and what I could get to squeeze out was dry and crusty- rather like old toothpaste. The suction worked well after first charge but not after second. I'm wondering if the package I received wasn't the same quality as is typical. I'll keep trying and see if anything happens over time, since I've made the investment now.

Horrible!! It's like putting a vacuum on your lips. It hurts & caused mine to turn purple. Even the mask for the lips is horrible. The lip “scrub” is rough & hurt my lips too.

Love it! My lips look great! It plumps them up just enough that it's noticeable. My lines have disappeared and the lip serum is amazing!

i am truly unhappy with this purchase!
so i bought this after i got my microdermabrasion elite pro, thinking that it's gonna be a great strong product like the personal microderm one which works amazing! but nope! this is actually nothing, the vacuum is sooooo light not strong at all , even a 2 yr old can use this ?? so sad, cuz if it had different intensity it would probably work perfectly!

I bought the Kiss system after buying some replacement discs in hopes of keeping my lips looking plump and youthful. Shipping was fast...it came before I even had the chance to check the tracking number! It came with all the pieces as advertised and was fully charged. I've read reviews that there wasn't much serum in the tube but this was as expected as these items are most always sold by weight. The serum itself I wouldn't call “serum”. It was white with a grainy texture and is not very absorbent...definitely not something you can throw on if you're out in public! On to the plumping device! I was super excited to try this, again, hoping it would give my lips a bit fuller appearance...sadly it did not. I will say that I don't have thin lips, they are a nice full size, however, I am 39 and my days of line free, plump, youthful lips are over :cry:. Maybe that's why it wasn't as effective as some of the other reviews. I can see this working on someone with thinner lips, you'll probably see more of difference. I will hold onto this and add it to my nightly regime to see if over a couple weeks it makes a difference but if not I will be returning.

Just received this and fully charged it. The 4 green lights were lit but there was no power. Sadly I haven't been able to use it and not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
