I wanted to love this body tool with scrub loofah. But it is magnetic and unfortunately doesn't stay attached when you use.

I have the clean pro RQ and the clean body. Love them both. Question though...how often should i have to charge the clean pro? Seems like almost every day or the rose quartz side shuts off and won't heat.

I was using the original loofas to my PMD body without difficulty. I swapped them out for a nice, clean, fresh one only to find that it doesn't stay on my PMD body. While it is on and I'm scrubbing it randomly comes off the handle. Seems like a magnet swap to me???? BOO HISSSS I have to be cautious about my scrubbing even to the point of holding it by the loofah head.

When the Clean Body was first introduced, many years ago, there were complaints about the attachments coming disengaged too easily. At that time a change was made to both the Clean Body magnet as well as the magnets on the attachments to make them stronger. It sounds as if you may have an earlier set of the attachments that may not have the stronger magnet on them. Please contact our team so they can get you some new ones shipped out.
