Not sure if it was an issue with the charger or watch, but my son bought(with his own money) a gen 6 founder(gold color) smartwatch at the local resale shop(the tag said,"watch works great, but no charger") but unfortunately when we got the charger, nothing charged. Is there an internal battery we should try and replace? Maybe we ordered the incorrect charger? My son, who is 7(he bought the watch for himself for his 8th bday on may 19th) was really bummed out. It was his first "grown up" Purchase, and I just want to get this working for him. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Regards, Michael

My first charger that came w/ my watch gave out after 3 yrs. This new one came in and I was charged in no time. Love how quick the delivery time was and the pricing.
Unfortunately, I have not received the purchase. It shows delivered but when contacting Fed Ex it is showing it is on trailer at the Hub. I contacted Fossil for a replacement a week ago and still have not received confirmation that the replacement was shipped, when I was told I should receive the replacement in 3-5 days. Very frustrating!

My watch was not charging well. I purchased this before giving up on it. Now it connects to the charger once and quickly charges. Less expensive than buying a new watch!

My watch needed a new charger, so I bought one. Then as soon as I started using it, the watch stopped charging. Do I need an entirely new watch now? Annoying Fossil! I do not appreciate your planned obsolescence.
