Kids can’t stop after a year

We are on our second track in less then a year. My twins wore out the start button to drop the cars. But 7 days a week 4+ hours a day playing with it I’d say I’ve gotten my monies worth out of it. Might by a 3rd and add the track together.

So Much Fun with Mario & Friends!

This is an amazing toy for kids of all ages and adults!
Assembly was quick and easy. The decals are already in place. IMPORTANT – you need 6 -AAA batteries – these are not included. You will also need a good amount of space to set this up. There are two ways to set up the track. In the straight set up the track is 8 feet long. In the curved set up the track is 40 inches long and 45 inches across. In both configurations the track at its highest point is 27” high.

To begin you place the MarioKart Hot Wheels at the starting line at the top of the track. You need to use the MarioKart Hot Wheels because not all regular Hot Wheels are heavy enough to make it down the track. There are two vehicles included in the package – ours was Mario and King Boo. You can race up to 5 cars at a time. There are red and green lights and sounds that indicate the start of the race. When you’re ready to start, push the “mushroom head” and the cars race down the colorful tracks. There are two options for racing - one is just a race and the other has obstacles that pop up such as banana peel, a turtle shell, etc. These obstacles stop the racer in that lane from finishing the race. The finish line displays the winning track number. Mario seems to win most often.
My 5 year old grandson is having so much fun with this colorful track with lights and sounds! This is something he will play with for a long time. Adults enjoy this too and reminisce about playing the rainbow track in level in the video game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not begin to tell you how much fun this track is. It is massive, and hours of fun. It was not hard to put together, and way bigger than I thought it would be. It has the same sounds you'd hear in the game, and even pop ups to thwart opponents. My little dude can't keep his hands off of it! And I'm not going to lie, neither can the adults. We've almost enjoyed it more than he has. It comes with Mario & King Boo, but we added another pack of the racers so we have all the slots filled. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor. It is more than worth every single penny it cost. You won't be disappointed.

Very engaging high quality race track!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It comes in a huge box and I did not expect it would be this big which was of course made my son happy because this is a beautiful race track! It was easy to assemble (curved or straight) and the features of this race track is what sets it apart from the other race tracks that I have seen. It is made of high quality materials. My son particularly loved the countdown light that starts the race and it even announce which lane won. It's very engaging and is definitely a great gift idea. The color combinations are pleasant to look at. My son already has 4 Mario Kart Hot wheels collection and I didn't know there's a race track like this which he can play his cars with. Definitely a favorite and I highly recommend!

Fun times!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun surprise for my kids! They love Mario Kart and I though this would be a fun way for them to use their imaginations! The car track is pretty easy to assemble as long as you follow the directions! It is However difficult to take apart and there’s no easy way to store it between uses. It takes up ton much space to leave up indefinitely. The cars that it comes with a detailed and fun! Wish it came with enough to fill the track, even for a little more $. Finding the rest of the character car is pricing difficult.

Great toy, good quality, but too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toy, the quality of the it seems very good. My kids (6 year old boy and 10 year old girl) has been playing with it a lot. They like to compete against each other to see which car will make it to the finish line first. However, the toy is very load and it does not have any way to lower the volume. Overall this a great toy track and it works well with most Hot Wheel Cars.

Favorite Mario Kart Raceway

When Hot Wheels came out with the Mario Kart raceways, we were so excited to introduce them to our kids. Not surprisingly, the boys were VERY excited about it and begged to put it together right away. I'm not sure who loves playing it more - my sons or my husband.

Colorful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy provided hours of entertainment for my three children. I was surprised at the size of the toy and easy instructions of putting it together. Kids loved racing the cars since we are five in the family everyone got to pick a number. The track is versatile and changes into two different tracks was for sure fun for all.
