[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As our kids are getting older. We incorporate Friday evenings as game nights. Whac-a-mole is definitely a favorite when going to the Arcades growing up for us adults. But, now having a similar version at home for the kids to play is good competitive fun. When our oldest gave this a try, she was trying to understand the concept of hitting the mole's head to score points when the lights lit up based on the color mallet she was holding. This took a few games before she started to get the hang of it.
What I noticed as she continued to play more, she got better with her reaction time and she was starting to get a little competitive with trying to get a personal best for each game. Now playing with someone else besides a solo match started to show how she has to compete with someone else for a high score to win. This showed frustration and excitement at the same time but really made my child concentrate even harder.
After being given a few days to cool off from playing, my daughter said she enjoyed it but didn’t like to lose when playing against someone else. Overall she said liked the game and can’t wait to play this with her older cousins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For parents that remember playing Whac-a-mole at your local arcade as a child, this game is full of nostalgia for the whole family. My daughter loved this game. The lights are bright and easy to spot in order to have a fierce competition with your opponent. We spent hours of fun with this game. You can also play alone which ups your skill level for the next family match!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great game for kids who are familiar with the arcade version! Even if they’re not they will enjoy playing with it. It’s also a great way for them to work through any frustrations they may have with siblings
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys really enjoyed this toy. It's simple for them to understand and they are able to play it together. It has lights and sounds too. The best part is, it is a game they are able to play without a parent guiding them. I would recommend it.

Huge Hit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is a major hit with my children! I love so many things about this game! It is electronic, and automated. When you turn it on, the game reads out the instructions in a fun cartoon ‘mole’ voice. You can choose between 1 player and 2 player, followed by choosing normal or difficult. The entire game is automated, full of lights, sounds, and songs. When the game is over, it reads out how many moles each player ‘whacked’. I love that this game can be played as a 1 player game! This game is definitely one my kids keep reaching for on our game shelf. It works their hand/eye coordination while they’re having fun! The only issue I have had with this game is that sometimes it will glitch and keep reading off the same score no matter how many moles are hit until you turn the game off then back on. We have learned to just reset the game if the kids get the same scores twice in a row. I would absolutely recommend this game!
