At least three times since I have bought the laptop, the camera did not "initiate" in a zoom / google call. I had to restart the computer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i called the customer service representative and described what i wanted, the specs and everything, she was able to suggest the thinkpad X1 which fits perfectly to the specs i mentioned to her up to the point of delivery it was smooth, have been using the laptop for over 2 weeks now and i have not had any reason to be concerned although i would have loved a bigger pen but what i got is also fine, thank you to lenovo and the sales team for making my ordering process seamless.
