Battery life 3 hours ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6 for about a week and half and it is a really fast laptop but the battery life is horrible. I have a few tabs open and outlook open at the same time with the best battery life setting and still get 3 hours 40 min of battery life. With the high performance I will get 2 hours and 15 min.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lenove website advertises 16 hours Lenovo service still trying to figure it out .. It is lighter in weight than most 14 inch computers ,love the touch screen ,sound is decent, Screen colors good.If tech support can figure out the battery problem it is a keeper .

Very poor experience with an outlet purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Yoga laptop from the outlet and the touchscreen didn’t work. Talked to customer service several times and was promised a replacement. Then after the return window, I was told they couldn’t do replacements for outlet purchases (even though they still had the time in stock). Ultimately ended up paying for premier warranty to have the screen fixed on-site so I didn’t have to send off my brand new computer for service. Frustrated with the experience but am enjoying the laptop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I also like the size as it is much thinner and lighter than before! However, it often takes a while to connect to the internet which was not a problem with my previous ThinkPad.
