[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had difficulty in the beginning because I left it on. I had to call service to learn how to reboot it because it wouldn't move off the home page. I couldn't reach any program nor would it allow a control alt delete to restart. I know now, but it was frustrating.

I had gen 1 X1 Yoga for over 5 years and then purchased this Gen 6. I enjoyed the Gen 1 for all 5 years despite some touch screen issues around year 3. I have feeling I'll enjoy another 5 years with the Gen 6 and they've had some time work out the kinks from the first version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using an X1 Gen 5 (not a Yoga). I wanted to try the Yoga. The computer had a lot going for it - beautiful screen, compact, solid feel. But I could not get over the keyboard. The changes they have made to the keyboard left me feeling like I was not using a ThinkPad anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 5 or 6th X1 in about 15 years - by far the best business laptop I have tried. This version has one deficiency - the keyboard is not as good as the previous one - the keys seem to have less travel and feel more plastic-y. All the rest is top notch. Strongly recommended and worth the price.

It switches from laptop to tablet mode whenever it decides to. Then have to restart to get back to laptop mode. Very annoying
