I bought X1 Yoga Gen 6 with i7 CPU, 1Tb HD and 16Gb RAM. It's clearly a well built sturdy laptop. Performance wise, it's great. Honestly at first I almost returned it - it kept hibernating after about10 to 20 seconds of inactivity. So if I were reading an article the screen would suddenly go black. Even after adjusting all the power settings in Windows to never turn the screen off, it still did it. Very frustrating. I noticed that the screen would then turn back on to the login screen automatically when I moved in front of it. Strange. Then it occurred to me that there has to be another non-Windows power setting that is doing this. I fired up Lenovo Advantage and sure enough it has power settings that override Windows settings! It has something called "Human Recognition" that has sensors when you are present and when you are away from the laptop. I absolutely hate that feature and there is nothing that asks you about adjusting these settings when you first configure the laptop. I ended up turning them all off and ... POOF! ... it now works the way I want it to.
Pro's:
Battery life is excellent.
The keyboard is superb.
The non-reflective display is great especially in bright areas.
Really good performance.
Two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports.
High speed USB-A port

A few things that would make it perfect:
1. The backlit keyboard is ok but I would prefer more that just 2 levels of brightness.
2. Put ALL power settings in Windows Settings!
3. There is 2 USB Thunderbolt-4 ports on the left side. Put one on the right side to make it easier to plug it in regardless of which side the power outlet is located.

Its a great laptop. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible because of the power settings but everything else is great.
