Easy transition from old to new computer given both W10 and used Carbonite to download all data/pictures/etc. from "old" computer to new. Having an installed software list made it easy get all needed software downloaded. Having outlook365 pre-loaded helped.

The keypad feels just right and it has all the right gadgets and connections to make it just right. Love the touch screen.

There is no privacy screen option on this particular model which was disappointing. My last one had the privacy screen option and I really enjoyed knowing that no one could read my screen from the side as I frequently travel on planes.
