[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop is great laptop, however when you order windows 11, it get updated from windows 10. That’s why when my windows crashed and tried to restore it, it was getting restored to a windows 10 OS with a lot of issues. I had no choice but to return it. I hope in near future they install the hard drive fresh with windows 11.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters the unit we ordered and received had Windows 10, not Linux in stalled. Secondly, it's overall a very nice laptop, but there are issues where it sometimes gets stuck in tablet mode, the buttons to take it out of tablet mode in the "Action Center" go away, and they only way to get it out of tablet mode is to reboot it.
