[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with the purchase. However, the screen seems a bit washed out compared to my T model. Also linux support has issues as some of the hardware support is not yet part of the kernel.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received on time. Device is as expected. Runs shirking and quickly for my applications: Personal finances and teacher-ing. Not as fond of the matte screen as i had hoped to be but it's not a deal breaker.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new ThinkPad overall. Typing on it is pleasant. It provides a good enough screen size to watch videos. I like the option of using the night light to create a warm relaxing screen before going to bed. It's lightweight in size, so it's easier to cart around from place to place.
I was using a Lenovo IdeaPad before I got the new ThinkPad. There are things I miss on the IdeaPad like the one hand keyboard on the side you could enter numbers. I also liked how I could use that for putting special characters and I didn't have to hold down the Fn key to change the volume and brightness like I do on the ThinkPad. Not that that's difficult to do, but it's a tad bit more convenient.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dual boot Linux and Windows 11. This machine outperforms my fruit company computer that cost twice as much.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Defective. Fingerprint sensor stopped working within weeks of receipt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
