[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending 4 months shopping for a laptop for my home based business, I finally decided on a Lenova. Everything these days seems to have good and bad reviews but this laptop seemed to have everything I needed and more. So far it has exceeded my expectaions. I'm old fashioned and not a big fan of ANY laptop but I am trying to utilize new technology. I liked the reviews about the ease of keyboard use and I have to say this keyboard IS amazingly easy to use and type on. The speed of this Lenova does seem fast but I have only had it about a month and have not had time yet to do multiple things at once but the stats make it seem like it WILL be more than capable. I am very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mildly annoyed. I gave a review that was not 100% stellar and Lenovo 'moderated' it as fulfillment oriented. Really? The fulfillment issue is completely Lenovo's responsibility. I ordered a product with an app from Lenovo. Lenovo shipped the product without first installing the app. This is a valid issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Built-in microphone is not working, I've followed every guideline, used Lenovo Vantage, checked all settings, downloaded all drivers... nothing works!!! the only reason I got the laptop was to be able to work from home and it turns out I can't teach my classes without an external microphone :( not happy about this
