I actually did it myself, and I've never done that before. We replaced an 11 year old laptop. What a difference! This thing is fast and user friendly. Would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had to send it back for support within a week, they were fast, but apparently just wiped the machine and blanked it all back out. Was having an issue with wifi reconnecting after the lid was closed. this time I didn't update to Win 11, just stayed on 10. While I can get it to reconnect after closing the lid it is really slow and tries to tell me there is no internet. It takes minutes to connect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I needed something that wouldnt have me restrained to a desk, and the battery on this lasts forever it seems. It runs at a fast speed, and doesnt have any loading or downloading delays. This laptop is very durable which makes it perfect for me as I run a business and have 3 kids. Ive been extremely happy with my purchase and i dont see that changing any time soon.
