Keyboard not working just after a week of purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many keys are not working, Its been just a week I bought this laptop.. tried all the troubleshooting steps but not working. Raised the ticket waiting someone should help ASAP. My old external wired keyboard is however working when i attach to the laptop via usb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this L15 - really hard to beat for the price plus has 2 removable RAM slots, and an open M2 slot. Plus the trackpoint is a must for Lenovo fans but also has a great touchpad and touchscreen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice size and weight. The touch screen is responsive and the extended keyboard with numeric keypad is very helpful. Performance is great, especially with the 16GB RAM. The only complaint is that it only has one USB-C port that is also it's charge port. I use a portable folding touch enabled monitor, but it uses the USB-C port. I can plug the USB-C power adapter into the other USB-C port on the monitor to power the laptop, but it is a slow charge. Still does the job though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A long-time business user of Lenovo ThinkPad laptops, I purchased 2 of these units to become the primary units for our family. These units are both fast and stable. We are not gamers thought I do quite a bit with statistics and accounting. I would recommend this unit for anyone who is looking for a solid business capable machine that is also durable. The only detractor noticed is sound quality for the microphone from online meeting attendees. Even that was not enough to take this off the 5-star mark.
