[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid mainstream machine at an excellent price. I also like that it is easy to upgrade the memory and storage and it includes a wired ethernet port.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ThinkPad arrived within days of my order. Start up was simple. The onsite support was delivered via email

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a ThinkPad house and have at least 20+ L14 Gen2 i5 & i7 14" powerful workhorse. Solid. During the past 12-14 months, only had to call Lenovo support once to stop by replacing a cracked LCD panel. The damage was caused by the end user. The unit was under maint.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product filled my needs exactly. It has a fast processor, good RAM speed and 16 gb of it at that! The touch screen display is bright and responsive. The hinges are metal so you don’t have to worry about flimsy plastic hinges breaking. I would highly recommend this laptop to not only business professionals but also students in the computer science field.
The computer works well. It's pretty standard stuff. The camera is absolute garbage. I go into meetings and the quality of the camera is so low that I look like a blurry painting. In the age of mostly remote workers there is no excuse for a laptop with this bad of a camera.
