During the past 12-14 months, only had to call Lenovo support once to stop by replacing a cracked LCD panel. The damage was caused by the end user. The unit was under maint.

The touch screen display is bright and responsive. The hinges are metal so you don’t have to worry about flimsy plastic hinges breaking. Standard Laptop. Terrible Camera

The computer works well. It's pretty standard stuff. The camera is absolute garbage. I go into meetings and the quality of the camera is so low that I look like a blurry painting. In the age of mostly remote workers there is no excuse for a laptop with this bad of a camera.
