Good budget phone but at a cost

I returned mine after 3 days. The hardware seemed well made, and there were some interesting
software items, for example the included TCL utility that had some functionality I'd never
seen anywhere else.
However, I found the phone unfriendly when it involved allowing the user to disable
non-essential apps; it seemed the company put more emphasis on ensuring data collection
than was I willing to deal with

I bought this phone a month ago and I really love this phone!! It has performed flawlessly so far and I have put it through a lot so far. The only thing that causes a problem is when I am texting I fat finger the text app and close it while typing. Other than that issue I have not had any problems with the phone and transferring from my old phone was a breeze. I really like the stereo speakers also. I highly recommend this phone!

Would have been great

I've had this phone for over a month now and had no complaints at all. The screen is clear, fingerprint scanner is awesome, plenty of ram and storage. No freezing, excellent coverage, good camera, and everything was great till randomly the speakers started making static noises randomly even if I had the volume all the way down. Tried resetting it and updating it, can't get it fixed. Major dissappointment I liked the phone...now only a month in and I cant use it.

Great Smartphone

I just got the phone today. I do like it and think it will meet my purposes.
I have one complaint. You cant move apps to the sd card at all. You can only use the sd card for photos, music and books. So you are using more internal storage. Also it came with so much bloatware and many things you cant uninstall. I still like it but deciding if this will work for me and learning the phone.

TCL 4X 5G (T601DL) Not up to Expectations

I read all the reviews and talked on chat lines and asked for recommendations before purchasing this phone and it has been a great disappointment. I have had several issues including the battery draining and now it won't even turn on. I will try calling customer service and, hopefully, they will be able to either solve my problem and help me get the right phone for me.
