My husband bought me this phone to replace my s10e. Outside of the camera (which, in all honesty, is fine if you aren't taking motion shots), it's the best Samsung I've had (and I have had some expensive ones). It is larger then what I'm used to, but it's a lot faster. Add a memory card, and you're good to go with storage. You don't have to spend a lot to get a good Samsung phone.

I've had this for a couple weeks and it's been a user friendly experience. Big screen and very easy to use for someone like me who is technologically challenged.

So far, it is a good smartphone. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy Crown J7, and this phone is longer in length. It was easy to move apps and data over with the SmartSwitch app. This phone takes better pictures than my old J7, but it is not quite as good as Apple iPhone cameras. It has a USB-C plug-in so all my USB micro B plug cables needed to be replaced. This phone has Android 11, but look and feel are similar to Android 9. It has a slick and very glossy back cover, but I have covered the phone in a phone case to prevent damage.
