Looks good but not worth the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance aesthetically looks very nice. But it does not operate that nice or may be my new product has an issue. Sometimes we turn the appliance on the lowest settings it automatically takes the highest. When we try to turn it off no button works till good 15 minutes. The lights on the lowest settings keep flickering.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible product

Stopped working after just over a year and is out of warranty. Don't waste your money. Take it from me and steer clear of any KitchenAid appliance, we have had a horrible experience.
