[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One morning getting ready for work I realized the shirt and jacket I needed to wear were not ready for "prime time," and I was so glad that the LG Styler has a Refresh Cycle! The styler holds 2 items on the included hangers, and within 20 minutes it had my outfit looking pressed and ready to go. A plus was that they were also warm to put on and felt great on a chilly fall morning. The styler was a bit intimidating at first, because it comes with a large operating manual, and I had trouble getting it to run through a Refresher Cycle during the first use. I found that using the included handy reference guide that has a suction cup to hang on the side of the appliance helps me to know what cycles to use for which materials. I also had to unplug the styler and remove and replace the water receptacles a few times to get it to work properly. The aboslute best part of this styler is the LG ThinQ App that you can add to your phone. It alerts when cycles are finished and lets me know if the styler has any problems like when it needs water. Those alerts were important to help me work through the issues I had when first trying to use the product or when I am short on time and need to know when a cycle is finished. I have found myself using the styler to avoid having to dry clean or iron my clothing, and it is nice to warm things up before putting them on. The entire family is enjoying the Dry Cycle. I am only disappointed that it did not come with the shelf that has to be purchased separately and feel that in order to get the full use it should be included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the LG Styler Steam Clothing Care Syste! I have used it to clean my children’s backpacks and shoes from daycare and school. I have also used to refresh some winter clothing that was packed away and to get the wrinkles out of some dress shirts. I couldn't believe how refresh everything was and everything smelled clean.
The directions are very easy to read and follow. It's such a sleek design. I highly recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam closet is something that's a nice to have. Shirts do not come out perfect however, they are pretty close. As for pants, it does a great job on both jean and cacies, not to mention pillows and blankets come out good too. The freshness and sanitizing feature works really good. Clothes come out Oder free. You basically get dry cleaning at home. It does allow for a rack, which needs to be purchased separately. Disappointed about this because for the price you pay, one would expect ALL parts to be included. It would be nice if it had a bigger capacity for more that 2 shirts. WiFi feature is cool. It allows you to monitor the machine and also turn it on and off. For the price, I would ask myself if I really need home dry cleaning. All in all it does a good job.
