Great Build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a wonderful build. Loved the Pokemon theme. Liked how the instructions had color coded blocks to help put the figure together. However, it was too advanced for my son to do on his own. Parental help was necessary to put together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved playing and making sure he had all the pieces to get the finished toy. It helped him stay focus until he was done. He enjoyed doing it, it was aged appropriate and it does help kids his age explore and learn to follow specific directions. It helped us have some time together.

A Fun Pokemon Build

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old son loves Pokemon and was so excited to have a Bulbasaur of his own to build. It came with a lot of pieces (175) and was meant for ages 7 and up. My six year old felt ready for the challenge and did a great job. There were a few tricky parts, but he mostly did it on his own. He loves that the antennas were flexible and that his pod on his back opens and closes. He also loved the pokeball pin/zipper pull and put it on his back pack right away. Overall a great interactive toy that you can build and then enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 year old granddaughter loves everything about Pokemon so this was a great choice for her. She included this toy with her other Pokemon toys and had a lot of fun playing with it. She loved showing her cousins how she put it together.

Nice size set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is in love with Pokémon anything! He really enjoyed putting this set together. He has a pretty big collection of the construction Pokémon figures. This one was a really nice size once finished. It is also very sturdy so if he engages in play with it after assembled, it isn’t crumbling apart. The assembly with construx isn’t always so easy for him and he continuously comes to me claiming “he messed up”. It’s not too hard to back track, but I do like that this challenges his strategic thinking, like when doing a puzzle. I would suggest segregating and labeling the bags by assembly order - it may be helpful for less experienced users. These pieces are definitely more difficult to dissemble than other brands, however, that makes them more sturdy for play in the end. Oddly, it’s the small things that really excite the kids - the set came with this tiny 3 piece Pokeball that he can assemble and put on a backpack zipper. He was so excited for this bonus!! Overall, good quality and sturdy, would recommend for Pokémon lovers who don’t just put the figures together to then put on display only, but rather play too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recieve this a week ago for my son who loves pokemon. It was easy to construct and seems durable. There are small pieces so please watch your little ones. My son wants the charmander one next. All in all a very great product.
