Best toy for a boy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved this toy! My son usually grabas a toy and only plays with it for a little while. With this toy it was different not only did it catch his attention he also loved it because it reminded him of his daddy! My husband is a truck driver hence my son loved the toy. Some parts are small but under supervision I let my son play. It is a great toy that teaches kids mental construction.

Hot Wheels branches out into building fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first Hot Wheels Mega Construx build and it was fun! My 8 year old built this set without any assistance and enjoyed playing with both the vehicle and the hauler afterwards! The drivers were also a fun addition, along with their tools! This is a fun and sturdy set that is also a great value!

Fun to build, just take your time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The car was fun to build, however the hauler was difficult and my son gave up after 20 minutes. I helped him build it however ultimately he played with the sports car more than the hauler in fear that it would have to be rebuilt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun product with nice interoperability between other standard brick sets. Really fun for all our children. the pieces are quite stable and fit together nicely. My only complain is the back ramp arrived with a small piece broken off. I would definitely get this again.

Great Hot Wheels Addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I opened this with my 8 year old and we were both impressed with the number of pieces. She was very excited to start building and chose to begin with the car. I was only there for support when she found the directions confusing. I only had to help once when she used the wrong size piece earlier and then thought she was missing a piece. She put all 3 pieces together over three days. It took longer than I thought it would but I was impressed with her determination to do it on her own.

Great quality and playable set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great building set that is playable once built. There are 2 different books with instructions. The smaller book goes with bag 1 (all the pieces are clearly labeled in bags). I was impressed with the organization of the pieces and instructions. I have a 5, 9, and 12 year old. The 12 year old was able to easily build the entire set alone. My 9 year old was able to build most of it alone. My 5 year old needed some assistance throughout the entire build. All of my kids boys&girls loved this set. They loved how solid the vehicles were once built. They thought it was fun taking the 2 included figures in and out of the vehicles. My 12 year old loved the small details.. such as little storage areas for accessories and rubber wheels. This is a great set! If you have a hotwheel fan then its a double bonus.

Twice the Fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Mega Hot Wheels building set came with easy to read instructions made for visual learners and was great for my son who can't read just yet. The bags were numbered which made finding the required components for each part a piece of cake. This set had two parts (hauler/car) which was a nice bonding experience for my two children to each have a piece to construct and then once done where able to play together with the completed project. The hauler was too tricky for my 5yr old but was just the right amount of challenge for my 9yr old to build while the car was perfect for my 5yr old whom has a short attention span. Also my daughter loved the fact that the hauler driver was a girl. My son enjoyed driving the car up/off the ramp. They both liked using all the extra little tools that snap onto the back of the hauler and store in the tool cubby. Overall they both loved the Twinduction Hauler Pack and would definately recommend to their friends. It was a durable, easy to assemble, and fun set to play with.

Upgraded Lego-like set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 7 year old son really liked this set. It was like Legos but with upgrades. The first thing he noticed was that the figures were a lot better quality and flexible. It makes them more realistic. The other thing he really liked was the directions that highlighted which “knobs” to put the next piece on. It made it a lot easier for him to do and not make mistakes. The quality was great and they have held together really well!
