So disappointed

I decided to buy myself a watch for Valentine’s Day. I saw Michael Kors was having a sale on this watch and decided to go ahead and buy it. When I was in the store, I had asked the sales person if there was a reason for the Bradshaw being on such a sale compared to the others. She stated no it was just a normal sale. Well, I think that was a lie. I haven’t owned my Bradshaw even a month and I’m ready to return it.
It does not hold a charge. I have put the watch on the charger overnight and still does not hold a charge. Also, when it’s charging it gets extremely HOT. It’s honestly concerning. One morning I went to put on my watch and the watch burned my fingertips when I picked it up. I couldn’t believe it. This is when I decided I would no longer wear the watch. I’m not sure if this is just a faulty/defective item but I’ve seen many reviews after investigating saying the same thing. I highly suggest staying away from this product because you’re not able to return the smart watches once you take the wrap off of the band, according to Michael Kors. No one mentioned this when I bought the watch or I would have NEVER purchased it to begin with. I am currently Dealing with customer service about the watch and working out a refund since I was never told when buying the watch isn't refundable & my receipt says otherwise.
I would highly recommend steering clear of this product.

the stone flew off on the first day of wearing

yesterday I received my watch and put it on for the first time, an hour later the first stone flew off, I am so disappointed, I bought an expensive watch and such a disappointment what will happen to them after some time ... how can this be with a watch for such a price, I don’t understand

I bought two of the new Bradshaw Pave for myself and my girlfriend and we both love them. I'm so glad that Michael Kors teamed up with Google and made a Wear OS watch. On top of that, it looks fantastic and MK seems to be actively working on their watch faces, etc. Thank you MK!

I have enjoyed a Michael Kors Smart Watch for 3 years and it stopped connecting to my phone, so the time was off. I had hoped that the new one would have similar faces like my previous watch? It didn't and I didn't like the choices as the black with magenta numbers are hard to me to read as I'm 70 years old! I was not easy to read my steps, my pulse, etc. So I had no choice but to send it back. I will purchase another in a heartbeat if they can fix the faces more legible for a senior! LOVED my former watch! I have since ordered the gold one without smart watch features but LOTS of BLING!
